Yearn for Change

… but since when did yearning help anything? Believing in change, yes. Visualizing change, yes. Working hard for change? Absolutely! But yearning?

Somewhere I heard that the three S’s drive all people. Sex, or anything related to it, like belonging, intimacy, connection, and love. Sushi, i.e. food and sustenance. And salvation.

Well, what if we MUTTled those yearnings together? Put them in a martini shaker and mutted away. Then add a dash of wasabi. Wow! We’d have a mutty transcendence like none other.

Here’s a thought for the day: Hope is a good thing. So are sex and sushi, and even salvation. Yearning, just for the sake of the yearn, not so much.

Change happens with action.
